1. Customer Cancellation
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled departure time may receive a refund of the deposit, subject to administrative fees if applicable. Cancellations within 72 hours may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Failure to arrive at the agreed departure time without prior notice will be considered a no-show and may result in loss of the full booking amount.

3. Weather Conditions
In case of unsafe sea or weather conditions, SUNREEL reserves the right to reschedule the charter or offer a refund at its discretion. The Captain’s decision regarding safety is final.

4. Force Majeure
Cancellations or changes due to events beyond SUNREEL’s control (e.g., extreme weather, government restrictions, maritime authority decisions) will be handled by rescheduling or refund, subject to operational feasibility.
